I haven't had an aptasia in my rock since I bought peppermints. terrible thing is I spent weeks trying to stab then to death with bamboo skewers because they were tearing my lps to pieces ripping food out of them. Everything has their good and bad, peppermints are fortunately a very useful tool when you have aptasia, unfortunately a very pesky critter when you're trying to get some good growth out of your lps.

Yeah, they'll eat aiptasia....and anything else that hits the tank. Forget about ever trying to target feed again with any success. I've seen some of my LPS have the food 3/4 of the way down and the shrimp will reach down, rip the food out and carry it away. They even steal food out of my serpent stars' mouths.

Besides ripping apart 5 dollar lettuce nudis for snacks.

Yeah, they're great.
