lighting timing

should i be leaving my lunar leds on all the time when the main lights are not on (all night) or should i be turning off ALL lights at some point

i don't think it really matters. I would not leave the LED moonlights on with your main lights. The heat from your main lights could damage your led.

I turn the leds on with a timer at night to keep the tank lit until morning
