lighting needs

I am in the process of purchasing lighting for my 125 reef tank (no hard corals) I wish to buy the power compact lighting. Is there one brand better, more efficient, more reliable than the others? I appreciate any help you can give. Thanks

hmmm id spend the extra money to go T5 then they run cooler and are much more efficent (less hot) than PCs you will also get better color
