Anyone else make these brackets to hang lights?

Hello. Has anyone seen any similiar type brackets to the ones in the photo? I may not be able to get these particuliar brackets, and can't hang from the ceiling, so was looking for an alternative. Possible to make them myself if no one sells them?

Depending upon how nice you want it, you could get some conduit and bend it/have it bent then polish or paint it.
