going by the color alone i would GUESS at a Phyllodocid worm. it could be a couple of other worms as well. like an Eunicid. but a up close shot of the head is really needed. save it as LeslieH may be interested in it. you could PM her about it.

It was a pretty big worm not sure on the size but i threw it away. I found it when i rearanged my rocks.

looks like some type of detrivore, I don't think that worm would have caused any problems, infact quite the contrary. I thought the same thing at first about the black and orange/pink bristle worms. I must have thrown 20 of those things away before I found out they are actually good for the tank. Hopefully someone more familiar with that particular worm will chime in.

Been missing any snails lately? That orange worm is the mollusc predator Oenone fulgida. Not something most people want anywhere near their tanks.

I thought it was the hermits eating all the snails maybee it was that worm. I got rid of the hermits because i know they can eat snails too. But yea i lost alot of snails.
