Gunk growing in water change tank....

I filled my 32 rubbermade can with RO/DI water like I always do , heated and added salt. This time I was busy and let it sit for 5 days, with mag7 and heater, it was covered and today when im ready to do the change it has a good amount of very odd looking chunks of brown slimy gunk. I tested the nitrates/ammonia/nitrite/phosphate, all undetectable.

Should I use this water??

Probably algae. Did you have a powerhead in there for circulation? I'd dump it and start over.

When I do my water changes I find some of slime coating on the side of my container. I don't really worry about it, just clean it off after u do a water change.

I wanna say its normal build up over time of using it. I've been using my mix water since I started and everything seems to be ok. All my tests come out perfect.

yeah mag 7, it was really icky and kinda foamy orange brown. I never had this happen, I have let a bucket sit for longer with no gunk. Any idea why this might of happened? Could my RO/DI be bad, it puts out 0ppm TDS.

I dumped it and went to the local water store to fill the jugs, no time to wait on 75gpd RO/DI this time...
