?s on P.C. wattage

Does a 65 and a 96 put out the same amount of power per 1" of bulb? If I put a 65 next to a 96 legnth wise will I get the same amount of light on the side I have the 96?

As far as I know yes they would put out the same amount of light per 1" or per watt. The problem with PCs is diffusing them since the space between the two shafts is so small some of the light gets lost. The other problem is cooling them, but most good PC light fixtures have a couple fans cooling them.

The last issue you may have is that if your ballist is not made to fire the 96w lamps up it will be unable to fire them up. So even though you may have the physical space to facilitate the 96w lamps your fixture may not be made for them.
