is 12K lighting good for SW?
I was thinking of adding a 54 watt single strip T6 light to my canopy, for additional lighting, and the single T6 comes with a 12K bulb--good or bad?

The color temperature ratings for bulbs are very approximate, but 12,000 K is probably fine for the animals. A lot of bulb choice comes down to personal taste as much as anything, so you probably will need to do some experimentation.

I have these choices of bulbs with the fixture: You have your choice between a 12K Full day bulb, Blue Actinic Moon Bulb, or a Pink Grow Light

12k, unless you dont have actinics yet, then id go with that. Depends on what other lights you have. What type of canopy?

I have 4 T5's: 2 10k's and 2 actinics's. It is a oak canopy over a 55 gallon
