What do you feed your fish?
I have been feeding my fish the same food for about the last 4 years. All the fish always look healthy and always eat well. I was just wondering if there is something better you all would recommend?
Please let me know if the food I'm feeding is ok, or should I get rid of it. Thanks Formula 1 pellets Formula 2 pellets Formula 1 flakes Sea Veggies, mixed seaweed flakes Marine complete food I mix equal amounts of these foods in a Tupperware container, and feed 1 pinch a day. I guess I should let you know what fish I have also, huh? Chromis's Damsel's Clown's Tang Thanks in advance for any help.

instead of formula 1 flakes...you could try a brinshrimp flake instead...because the formula 1 flakes and pellets have the same exact ingredients

I like to feed frozen foods like mysis, enriched brine shrimp and spirulina formula cubes. I soak all of it in selcon and vita-chem, and garlic. Formula 1 and 2 pellets and flakes are good too, but my fish like the frozen foods better and they seem to cause less algae growth than the dried food. Spirulina formula would be a great choice for all of your fish.

Mostly frozen mysis with a little veggie pellets. If they have been good I'll treat them with some brine shrimp. I don't soak in vita chem or garlic but I may start.

Great thanks for the advice. I hear a lot about selcon, what exactly is it? jer77, you use selcon, vita-chem and garlic? Sorry for my ignorance, but these are 3 different things? How do you use them? Thanks again.
