Anyone using Current USA outer orbit lighting?
Im planning on ordering a 36inch 2x150 watt MH/T5 combo. The T5s are 4x37watt, also comes with 18 LEDs. What do you think of this lighting and comments please. Thanks. Im adding it to a 72 gallon bowfront tank. Its made my Current USA Outer Orbit.

I recently bought a new model 1077. This is a 48" unit with 2x250-watt MH and 4x54-watt T5 bulbs. The only way it ships from the manufacturer is with 2x10,000K MH and 4xActinic T5 bulbs. I didn't want to keep the the MH bulbs on all day and the tank was too blue with only 4 actinic T5s in the morning and late afternoon I ended up swapping out most of the bulbs.
I ended up with 2x14,000K MH, 2xT5 mid-day, and 2xT5 actinic bulbs. Since reconfiguring the bulbs I am happy with the unit although I still might change the last two actinic bulbs. |

Do your think i will be able to run my 2x150watt MH for 8hours? Cause I was planing on running the T5s for 12 hours, obviously representing dusk and dawn. Will this work?

Oh and real quick to add...on the 36inch model the T5s are 4x37watt (2blue, 2white) ..they are not all actinic.
