Finally got the sump up and running!

Built my own 10 gallon sump, its pretty busy in there! I kept my old biowheel from my old penguin filter and placed it in the flow, Im thinking of making the bottom left corner area a little refugium. have my heater in there and protein skimmer hanging on which I had to put an extension on. Lots of work...what do you think?

The gurgling will often go away after a couple days.

thanks! its amazing how much those little drip shelves help and can be multifunctional, I can put a poly filter there, maybe a regular filter, the biowheel, anything!

Looks really good. I like your idea of making a fuge in the corner. A ball of cheato would fit nicely in there.
