What should i feed my clowns.

I was just wondering what should their diets basically be for my new pair of clowns?

That thread has a lot of ideas on feeding fish and corals. I make my own food based on ideas from there. Some frozen Formula 1, mysid shrimp, and Cyclop-Eeze might be a fine place to start.

I feed mine frozen mysid. I plan on adding Cyclop-Eeze soon because I have just started adding coral. I understand the frozen food is more nutritious.

I feed mine live brine 1-2 times a week,Flakes 1-2 times a week and frozen the rest.Inritched brine and mysis.They also mow down on the cyclopese .I add that 2-3 times a week for the corals.
