Looking for ID on this coral.
Got this baby at the other day, I have no clue what is might be. Im guessing it is some sort of LPS.

It's not a Blasto... Most likely a species of Favia/Favites.

FYI It's best to learn about the coral before you add it to your tank. I know it's hard sometimes, but its for the best.

Looks like favia, mine likes moderate light and being fed mysis after the lights go out.

It looks to me, like either a Moon Coral or a Boulder Coral. Not for sure though. Can you put up some pics of it in the daylight?

I think you have got lucky with this one as it is one of the easier hard corals to keep.
