Many of my corals have seemingly "off" days, where they are rather deflated looking, however, there looks to be some tissue recession on the left side of the plate, which could be problematic. In addition, heliofungia (Long Tentacle) plate corals seem to do not as well in captivity as the short tentacle ones from what I have read. Give it time, and the next time you see it looking healthy try to feed it something.

You are going to have to look after that like crazy, feed small amounts daily dosed with vitamins. When plate corals start to do that there is a very low chance of survival, you need to get that in a place with good lighting medium flow sort of sheltered, it is hard work but possible I have managed to get one through it and it took about a month

I used a frozen cube that contained various foods and soaked it in Vita by Red Sea. Make sure that the flow is strong enough to move all tentacles but not the base too much as well
