peppermint shrimp

what are the known enemies of peppermint shrimp?
chemical and animal
mine are dissapearing again
otherwise the hex is rocking

Mantis shrimp, large crabs etc... Take a flash light and look at night an see if anything unusual is lurking around in the rocks.

larger fish pretty much most fish that can fit it it's mouth
hawk fish
psuedochromis
mantis shrimp
what inhabitants are in your tank?


you sure they are not just in the rock work somewhere? I usually don't see mine but every once in a while they are pretty seclusive.

there is an emerald crab and a gaudy clown crab that i had suspicions about
wont been able to nail them in my setup
2 percs, 1 damsel, foxface rabbit, rose BTA, tons of shrooms, leather coral , scarlet legged and blue legged hermits, turbos

the last few i had didnt hide, these do, just got them, one was mondo preggo, hate to lose that one and the first batch lasted 6 months
