Coralvue electronic ballasts...any good?

Does anyone have any experience on these ballasts? I found someone selling a pair used but havent heard much about these ballasts. How do they compare to the good electronic ballasts?

If your bulbs are rated at 400w, will the ballast output that to 400W? Im a total noob when it comes to MH lighting and ballasts.

I don't understand your question but I'll give it a whirl. If you have a 250W ballast, you need to use 250W bulbs, 400W ballast need 400W bulbs.
