Question about buying nori
Hey guys...
When buying nori is there anything I should look to avoid in terms of processing or ingredients in the nori or will just about any dried nori sheets from the asian market do? Thanks, Jim |

There will be a list of ingredients, look for 100% seaweed. There will probably be a few with a white powdery look to them, you dont want those.
