Appears to me to be the dreaded Majano anenome.
Very invasive and can quickly overwhelm a tank. May be worse then aptasia. See: http://www.advancedaquarist.com/2005/8/aaeditorial

Quite bad actually. You would be much better off to get rid of them as soon as possible, if you want any chance of your reef thriving.
