Sand Bed
I have been reading lately that you should replace your sand bed once a year? Can I have some advise on this? pro's and con's. I worry about my bioload and all the issues of stirring up the bed. I should mention I have a 150 sps dominated.

Mmmkay... I've had my DSB running for over 10 years now. No problems. As long as you employ a proper cleanup crew and have good husbandry skills, there is no reason to replace a sand bed, imo. You'll need to replenish it over time, but never replace it.
