Replacment pump for aquapod?

Does anyone know a good reliable replacement pump for the stock 24 aquapod one? mines just about burnt out...

I have some Rios but they are to blasted noisey.. The aquaclear 70 works pretty well and is reasonably quiet. I would aim for at least 400Gph is all.

How can you tell it is "about" burned out?
