Frayed Fins?
This is the best picture I could get. I have had a pair of clownfish for about 4 months now and one of them is starting to show frayed fins as shown in the bottom of this picture. I still see the clowns going after each other every once in a while. Could this be from them nipping at each other or is this a sign of a disease?

Looks like nipping from the pics, bit of a stupid question with clowns but do you see them quite aggresive towards each other?

Yes I do see them going after each other maybe once or twice a day, not very long just a couple seconds then one of them shakes wildly which I read is the one who is going to turn into the female one day. Is this abnormal?

It's nipping, and it happens. Right now the two of them are figuring out who is the most dominate and so will be getting along soon enough. Also, the one that's shaking is either the male or will be the male, it's a sign of submission so they're probably close to figuring things out. The frayed fins aren't anything to worry about, they'll heal with time.

certainly would help the healing process concentrating a good vitamen encriched food and or soaking spirulina algae in garlic or garlic guard
