Tank Upgrades

I have a 90G Reef Ready tank. I’m looking to make a couple upgrades. I’m keeping SPS, soft corals, and fish. I want to add another Tunze 6100 and controller to go with my existing controller. Will that be too much flow for a 90? I currently have a LifeReef Protein Skimmer. I have a ~20G sump and want to upgrade to a larger sump. I could probably fit something around 40-45G in my stand. I’ll buy a used AGA and DIY it into sump w/baffles and a place for the skimmer. I’ve been looking at the ASM G3 with an Eheim 1260 pump or Euro-Reef protein skimmer. Is there a reason to choose one over the other? Lastly, I'm looking at a Sequence Dart for a close loop. I doubt that I’ll drain the tank to drill holes, although that may be the more efficient way to go.

...just trying to get some feedback from ones who have done this before. Thanks for taking the time to read this…
