T. Lineatus a.k.a. lined or Nile puffer. My pics are published in The Encyclopedia of Exotic Tropical Fishes for freshwater regarding this fish as well.

Wow that sucks it's all stressed out like that. Kinda like taking a goldfish out of the water and trying to see how long it will last without water and sticking it back in.
