Clean up crew post got me thinkin
Got a nice 20 gallon long tank goin with 20lbs of live fiji rock and really want to focus on corals i can get in the tank opposed to some fish maybe 2 clowns.
I know for sure i want an open Brain Some Candy Cane corals And maybe a plate or frogspawn Anyways i was wondering what would be a good cleaning crew for this tank that would control algae and not effect my stock. Thanks in advance |

peppermint shrimp.
any shrimp will do the job. the snails do the best work in my tank. the blue legged crabs do the rock work. just one thing to remember with snails and crabs, make sure the crabs dont go hungry or they will eat the snails. |

I heard mantis shrimp really aren't shrimp
I also recommend skip the hermits. you need snails to clean algae, not hermits (yes a couple redlegs for decoration are fine, but don't consider them part of the crew) only get nassarius if you are having a sandbed
