New 125 In The Works.. Slow Progressing Tank Thread

Hey guys i was kinda bored and thought why not start up my own tank progression thread, im currently in the works of starting up a 125 for my Bed room. Heres a breakdown list for the whole tank only thing i havent decided on will be mainly the skimmer and very small things but things i can decide once im ready for them.

Breakdown is as follows..i even made a list of fish going into the tank:

Filtration: Berlin System, thinking of maybe the 30gal the lfs is selling (any advice on size for this)

180lbs LR from Liveaquaria.com for starting up the cycle
im also buying about 35lbs of LR from store with this im able to choose from the larger bases that will start the aquascape.

200lbs Live Sand.. was thinking of doing BB but never have had exp in this (advice?)

Lighting: 3x150MH pendants not sure if this is too much or too little for this tank..

Fishes:[Most Fishes that are from same "family" will be purchased at same time to prevent aggression from what ive read it helps...

Clown Trigger & Niger Trigger

Flame Angel & Imperator (i would love to see this begin its transformation so im buying it as juve from liveaquaria)

Percula Clowns (Pair)

Foxface

Tangs[Naso Blonde, Powder Brown, Sailfin, Powder Blue](ive had these all together before in a similar tank before hurricane wiped them all out)

Corals:[Some Names I Took off Liveaquaria's site soo if confused what they are i can provide pictures]

Kenya Tree Coral
Red Shrooms
Ricordea Shroom(Blue and Red most likely)
Acro(Purple and Green Colors)
Cauliflower Coral
Orange Tube Coral..they mention second name being (Star Coral LPS)
Hammer Branching Coral
Bubble Coral
Frogspawn Branching
Candy Cane Coral
Mixed vibrant colored zoos
Carnation Tree Coral..

any ideas on the lighting after what ive mentioned any input would be helpful before i even start doing anything right away, i am taking this slowly to buy the right items and not just buy things on the fly i love to plan things out over an 8 month period of purchasing and stuff...

My only suggestion would be to rethink the location. I have no idea if your a super millionaire and your room is the size of most middle-class peoples homes, but you may come to regret it later for space purposes. IMO it would be best to put something of that size in your living room, dining room, den whathave you.

Why not go 175w halides?? The Iwasakis bulbs are way better than any 150 bulb and damn close to most 250s. i would run 3 175w Iwasaki 15ks.

Sand... I would do just enough to cover the bottom...Maybe a 1/2 inch

Triggers and Angels can be iffy in a reef.

well i have enough space in my room, i dont have a huge bed, i have a futon and my desk isnt so huge i have a completely blank wall with nothing on that side at all.

about the bulbs, i was just going with instinct, i guess i could go with 175's, i was also thinking of just going with T5's... been looking at my options on lighting since that will mostlikely be the last thing id be buying once the tank is up and running with rock and sand inside.

you might regret the sound of the tank at night though. I know I do . I would definitely change the triggers to either a crosshatch pair or blue throat pair, you don't even have to do a pair but a clown and niger trigger will cause chaos in a reef.
