Pheonix HQI bulbs

A very popular bulb on this site. Claims of great PAR and coloration. Where are the numbers?

The info for the 250w version is there but not the 150w. I keep reading threads based on 150w HQI lamps and reference is made to the Pheonix lamps having good PAR. So what is the PAR on the 150w lamp? If the 150w info is not there for this lamp what exactly are they commenting on? I dont think you can assume that since the 250w looks good the 150w will be the same.
