can anyone help

ok i have a 30 gal that i what to place on my bar. Im think that it is only 30 so i could proably run this system without a skimmer, because i dont want any thing to get in the way of the veiw. My goal is to be able to see what is happening on all sides. I figure that I can just do a four gal water change every week to keep water quality. Also the rock that im putting in is well estamlished; i have plenty of bacteria growing. The other problem is with the circulation. Since it is a tall tank im not sure how to get good circulation to the bottom. i dont really want to use a power head just for the fact that i dont want to many things take the view away from the tank so i thougth about running a few airstone to push that water from the bottom to the top im really at a stand still not sure if that will be sufficent enoughf any idea will be helpful or anything that i might be overlooking thanks

I think the salt spray from the airstones will be messy and the bubbles will be more annoying then an occasional powerhead imo. You can get a few small powerheads and hide them in the rock work pretty good for minimal viewing impact.

On what kind of bar? In a business/restaurant?

I'm personally not keen on the airstone idea. First, I don't really like the look of it, and I don't think it'll really do that much, in terms of circulation.

If you're willing to work a little harder to make it work, you could always do a closed loop system (even drilled on the bottom if you don't want anything on the sides). Even if you could put the tank on an 8-inch "stand" there would be enough room for a small pump.

Otherwise my only other suggestions would be something like a Tunze Nanostream or Koralia pump. Fairly inconspicuous, but not invisible.

The air stones are not a good idea. Bubbles in a reef tank are not good. They can actually get into the fish.

Der_Iron_Chef is on the right track.

well the airstone are out i would mind putting a closed loop on it however the tank is all glass dosnt that usally mean that you can drill from the bottom (temperd) well i have a few idea in my head now well see how they work out i post some pic when i get it set up after the honey moon
