white spots on glass

I recently had a ich outbreak, but all seems a lot better for the past week and a half. I realize it could come back. my question is it's a fairly new 150 gallon FOWLR tank that I upgraded from a 75 gallon FOWLR. there are a lot of white hard spots on the back of the glass, could this be ich?

thanks

Nope. Most likely they are either the beginning of coralline algae or spriorbid worms.
