Was rearranging my Aquascape and it seems my CB bashed itself against a rock

Well After I was done rearranging my rocks I noticed I might have scared my coral beauty and it seems to cut itself on the side its a small wond. Is there anything I can do?

both use iodine. It will still heal most likely, but iodine helps it keep from getting infected/etc.
