Quick Boxer/PomPom Crab Question

Hey everybody
Right now i got a 3gal Picotope...it houses some mushrooms and zoos and 2 sexy dancing shrimps...and 1 hermit crab

Would a Small Boxer Crab be okay in the mix...?

Also what do they eat...because right now i feed the tank nothing, should i be feeding the shrimps?

Also if i put in a Boxer Crab could i also put a small green clown goby or would this overstock the tank?

Thanks Alot
Joe

Since you don't have fish to feed, I would feed the shrimp, yes. what kind of food? I don't know, sorry.

Don't know about the other questions.

How can you keep an animal captive and not feed it for a month? Drop a piece of meat in there, they'll eat just about anything at this point I would imagine.

their savangers or so i was told. they will eat what ever they find. they are plenty of pods and live critters on the rocks for them to eat. The hermit crab has been in the tank for 4 months with no food is that bad too

I have seen once a sexy shrimp catching a live amphipod. They might feed on those, yes. To play safe I would try to give them pieces of cocktail shrimp, raw fish, krill ...

Shrimps are scavengers, yes, but they scavenge off the uneaten food put into the tank or the waste of other critters. Shrimps are cannibals - just feed them mysis or other chop up some other raw shrimp for them. Just about anything meaty, they will eat it.

Ok thanks
I put in Freeze-Dried Krill- No Luck at first but came back the 30 minutes and one was going to town on it.
How often should i put a piece in. Because i dont want to over feed and also i dont was to pollute the tank. should i put one in every other day or what?

Also is thier anyway they might eat my zoos (i dont want them too of course). I know they run around on them and they close up. But would they ever eat them.

Yeah the pellets are a good choice. They usually sink to the bottom and they stink like crazy so the shrimp will be able to find it easily

Mine love mysis shrimp. I feed mysis soaked in selcon once per week to all of my tanks. Along with adding nutrition, I think the smell of the selcon helps my boxing crabs find the mysis a little easier.
