Thumbs down NH3/4 NO2, NO3, wont go down

I recived some new rock and aquascaped on the 8th. tested the next day and pulled

.03mg/L on NH3/NH4
.03mg/L on NO2
5mg/L on NO3
all measurements are on a HAGEN test kits made by aquafin

I did a full water test today (the 16th) before adding a new fish from my QT tank and my ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate were all still very high. The exact same measurements as the other day. I tested again just to make sure i didnt contaminate, and they are all accurate. I have never had problems with the accuracy of this kit before. All my corals are fine, and i did a count and have no lost snails or other cleaners. I feed plankton about 1 time a week and very little. I figured they would have settled by now after my aquascape. The tank has been running for around a month and a half. I do have a filter sock on, but just until i can install my re-designed DIY sump. It gets cleaned weekly. Any help would be great.

My guess is there is a lot of die off from the new live rock and/or because the aquascaping probably stirred the sandbed, a lot of the debris that was in it is now in the water and rocks and rotting causing a mini cycle.

All of the live rock had been cured for months, no die off. I just figured the ammonia and nitrite would have come down by now.

Something could've been stirred up when you reaquascaped. Did you test it before anything was done with the tank and afterwards?

How long has the tank been running? How old are the test kits?
