Can you post a picture?

Or at least some more information? How long have you had this anemone? What's the tank like where he is living? Equipment, age, parameters, lighting?

How old is the tank?

Did you get the anemone locally or through the mail? What was the acclimation like?

i got the anemone locally at a petstore.. far as acclimation i just did like fish.. let it float in the tank for 15 mins. pour some water in every 5 mins.. and repeated for 2 hrs.. it was all nice and puffy.. i re checked my water parms.. same has yesterday, it's still attached. but where its at .. it's not getting much light

Did you observe it at the fish store before purchase? Do you know how long they had it for? Did they quarantine it or hold it before putting it up for display? Do you know how close their parameters are to yours?

Looks like the anemone is pretty stressed out, but it might pull through OK once it has acclimated to your tank. Don't touch it or try to move it unless it is in imminent danger. Once it has acclimated, it'll find a spot to it's liking with the proper light and flow.
