Ca Reactor Shipping ?

Sorry in advance if this is the wrong forum for this question, but...

A friend of mine is going to ship me a used calcium reactor with a small CO2 tank. It is empty and there is no regulator.

Are there any precautions/restrictions/special shipping requirements that need to be followed (for ground shipping)?

as long as the bottle is empty, No just pack and ship.
