OK I need a custom glass tank!
OK so I got a quote from Glass cages for around $600 for a 30X cube tank...Does anyone know of a better deal out there? I paid a hair more than that for my 32" tall 240! Thoughts or suggestions wanted....

Are you talking about a 30" x 30" x 30" cube tank? That is quite high unless you are getting low iron glass or something like that. LFS around here sell those for $450-$500 depending on whether you want it drilled or not.

If it's $600 shipped, that doesnt sound like too bad of a price.

Yeah I saw that...they've historically had a few bad experiences but my last tank was from them and I had no problems...We'll see I guess...Who is the next in line for bargains on this kinda stuff?

OK- I don't want to turn this into a place where we argue the quality of a glass cages tank but I have heard horror stories about most of the manufacturers out there. I owned a 240 gallon glass cages tank and it was built like a brick S$%t house. I never had any problems with them either- That being said, I am open to other builders but I'm not gonna spend $900-1000 on a frickin $120 gallon tank!
