Okay, so I know many of you have the XP phosphate remover. The little filter pads that keep the phosphate media in the column don't work very well and am wondering what you all are using to keep the GFO in the XP and not all over the tank?
I was thinking of using two Hagen 203 foam filter pads, but they are too big and would have to be cut down. Thanks for your replies. James

No takers, eh? So does no one use the XP Plus or am I the first to have this problem? I assume not. Those pads that come with the XP Plus must not last long at all.
So what do you do when they are no longer usefull?
