Cheato...to pick or not to pick?
I have a 70G sump with a refugium built into it and I end up thinning out my cheato every few weeks. Is it worth my time to sort through the cheato to get all the worms/pods out or shoud I just throw them out with the cheato.

Ohhhh....don't throw them out!! Corral them up and send them to me if you don't want them! LOL! I've got a Scooter Blenny and a Mandarin and I'm always looking for more pods! LOL!

I just give mine a good shake in the water before discarding.

If you have that many, throwing out a few isn't a big deal.
