What do you feed?
Our tanks look almost identical... Similar fish and corals and size. I feed 3 different frozen foods to my fish. Formula 2, Mysis and plankton. 1/3rd cube of each twice a day soaked in garlic and I add selcon every 3rd day. My corals get a shot glass mostly full of tank water with a half cube of brine, full cube of rotifers and some phyto... targeted twice a week, and my anemones get a third of a silverside twice a week.

I feed blender mush, there are several recipes out there. Mine is basically several types of seafood, nori, cyclopeze, and selcon chopped up in a blender or food processor.

I feed a cube of mysis, a cube of emerald entree, a squrit of artic pods, and a squirt of phyto daily.
I also feed blood worms and brine on occasion maybe three tiems a week. I currently keep a bi color blenny and a potter's wrasse. As well as about 20 corals, mostly frags. JME I plan on adding more fish to the 65g that is running. I will probably feed double by the time I am done, just going slow to keep a good eye on the needs of the tank. I probably overfeed my system, but it handles the bio load well, so why not.

spleify, i would ditch the flake (or reduce flake feeding to only 1x a week) and go with frozens like Formula 1, mysis, and prime reef. cyclopeeze is also great and if you shoot some phytoplankton and CoralVite in there 2x a week on alternating days you should see excellent growth and coloration from both fish and inverts

This is a good thread because it's nice to see what others are doing. No two reef keepers do it the same... I don't think you can go wrong if you care about them... I over feed a little, maybe, but I export the nutrients and I have a really good clean up crew... 3 cleaner shrimp, 3 emerald crabs, 11 hermits, 25 astrea snails and 13 nassarius snails. My ammonia is 0, nitrite is <.05, nirtate is <.05 and phosphates are <.03.
