Unhappy Help!?!

I initially thought it was ICH but its much too large...
and today, I SAW IT MOVING AROUND THE BODY.

anyone know what this is????

I tried modifying my avatar so that it would fit the size requirements for ReefCentral, but after frankensteining the the graphic, I ended up with a limping Venom.

Probably parasitic copepods. Freshwater dip.
