Dark Red Hair Algae

I currently have an outbreak of a dark red hair algae. This stuff is stuck to the rock. I tried scraping it off with a stainless steel blade. It is really stuck to the rock.

Any suggestions on how to get rid of this stuff. My parameters are all spot on.

If you can get the rock out and scrapped it if not check your light bulbs they may be due for a change.
