Two more questions
Please, i need the feeding answer to be pretty specific with names of products that you know to be best.
1. In two days my 60 gal. cube tank will consist of 2 True Perculas, 1 Pearly Jawfish, 1 Sebae Anemone, and about 30 hermits, and 30 snails. What you be your weekly feeding schedule. 2. I have a 12" HOB refugium with dragons tongue and cheato. What do I have to do with this to get Copepodes to grow in there. Do i need to by some and put them in there to mass produce, or will they develop on there own? Thanks Matthew |

I would feed a reasonably small amount once a day.
The pods will develop themselves. How long has your tank been cycling for.

Oh - and i recommend you make your own frozen food out of scallop, shrimp and squid. Add some selcon or multi vit and garlic essence.
Alternate feedings with that and cyclopeze flake and spectrum pellets.

well, i've had the tank running for 28 days today, didn't start cycling (or getting readings) until the 5th of September and have had zeros across the board for about 10 days. The snails and hermits have been in the tank for a week, and the jawfish way just added. The clowns and sebae are delivered from Drs. Foster and Smith on Friday morning.
I know i move fast, but i am not patient and my parameters are good and i have to learn the hard way i guess. |

Sounds good. I wouldn't add anything else for a few weeks after Fridays delivery. Give your tank a chance to settle again.

sounds good, thanks again for the advise. Does anyone use Prime Reef cubes? Sounds like that and Brine shrimp would feed my clowns and jawfish.

I have used prime reef cubes. Its good but not as good as making your own. Its really expensive in comparison aswell.
