It reads that it can be used in potable water applications. So I would say that it is safe. I used a similar product in the construction of an RO/DI top off system and nothing in my reef seems unhappy.
I can imagine if you introduced the glue uncured into your water system it would probably be bad but once cured all should be ok. FWIW --landlord |

It's fine, but be sure to get a bottle of the primer also. You want to coat the pipe with primer followed by the glue.
