Question Tank cleaning

I will be tearing my 55 gal tank down and moving everything I have to a new tank im getting. What is the best way to clean the tank up, im going to be using it as a sump/fuge for my new 75 gal tank. Im open to all ideas I want it clean because ive had a nightmare of a time keeping the Nitrate in check.

Soak in vinegar for a couple hours and everything will wipe clean with no effort.....

Just make sure you really rinse well for re-use.... I would even set it outside in the sun and fresh air.

oh and
