Cloudiness
Ok i was recently given a very large live rock i was misunderstood and thought that it had been out of water quite some time, but much to my surprise it had only been out of the tank it came from for about 2 weeks and had been soaking in salt water until the day i got it. Well long story short i put it in my tank and Poof over night INSTANT cloudy water. Is this normal? my tank has been Cycling about 3 weeks. Looks like it it will be LONGER before i consider fish lol (it was misunderstanding on my part about the length of time the rock was out of water)

It sounds like you got a bacterial bloom from the addition of the new rock. It should clear up. You can do a water change, it might help. Do you have a protein skimmer?
