need approval vent plan

hi there. i need to get duct work done this weekend before my 7 foot tank arrives. There are four 400w MH lamps above the display as the main heat producers.

the diagram shows my scheme to use two 120 cfm inline fans, in series, to ventillate the hood and equipment room by taking in outside air and venting it back out. There are options to use interior air too in extremes of weather. The diagram shows the back of the tank where the ducts connect to the back wall of the hood (they travel in the wall).

General questions... will the two 120 cfm fans be enough... or overkill. I plan to control the fans using an AC3 to tank and hood temperature. Can I get away with four inch ductwork?

Thanks for any input.
