which actinics do I use??

Id like to add some actinics to turn on before and after my halides. I hope to build the lights up and down instead of a powerful on and off. I also hope my colors will pop a little more. I run 14k phoenix bulbs.

I have room in my light fixture for 2 long bulbs. It would be nice to run my MH shorter and enjoy the actinic look late in the evening...

My question is, do I run t5 or vho?? Why one or the other????

I am sure most people will tell you go T5 but I would go with VHO. I haven't seen a T5 bulb with nearly as nice a color as the VHO blue - especially the URI VHO 03 blue.
