I like the Hamilton 14K bulb (DE) which to me doesn't require actinic supplementation. No experience with 175W.

I have a 29 and I wouldn't recommend that you went with anything less than a 250 watt fixture with a good reflector. However, I have switched from halide to an Aquactinics TX5 fixture and it's much better. Less power consumption, less heat, and better flexibility with the color spectrum.
