Would a torch coral frag dying kill stuff in my tank
I had a torch coral frag die sometime between yesterday and today along with 3 snails and a newly introduced painted wrasse. The wrasse had no signs of ick or anything, I just saw him darting upside down and floating (this was the first I saw of him, as I introduced him Tuesday. All my Zoanthids are closed up as are most of my Euphillias. Anemones have looked better but don't look horrible and the other fish (Gramma, Blue Hippo, cinnamon Clown, and Percula Clown) are fine. The rest of the snails and crabs and shrimp are also fine. I did a 10 gallon water change(this was all the RODI water I had available) and checked the parameters and all checked out fine. Now, the temp dropped from about 85 to 80 over the course of 2 days. (I got worried about it being too hot so I turned the heaters down, as luck would have it there was a cold spell that came through here and the house was very cold). Anyway, any help would be greatly appreciated!

The same problem that caused your torch to die most likely is what also caused your fish and snails to die also. A dead torch would cause a tank crash, I recently had a frogspawn die off and my tank was fine.
