circulation question
i have a 55gal i plan to setup i have a mag 9.5 (950gph) and some of the flare nozzel's out of curiosity am i going to need some more cirulation pumps like these badboys?

this all depends on what you are going to be keeping in your tank. more corals mean high flow, esp when you get into the LPS and SPS. i have a 55g with a turn over of about 40 times per hour. my tank is a heavily dominated sps reef. i have about 800gph coming out of my returns and 2 korolia #3's. this is perfect for this size tank for my application. also remeber your head hight on your mag just so you dont think you have more flow than you actually do.
