Algae in chambers on a BC29
Hi, Anyone have an idea about how to handle the brown stuff (I'm assuming it's algae.) in the sump area of my BC29. How 'bout introducing a snail into each chamber? Thanks for your input. STEVE

ya that is what i did make shure the snail is bigger than the opening of the pump

Algae in sump...
sg 1023, nitrites 0, ammonia 0, phosphate 0, Ca 500, dk 9 temp 78-80, kalking small doses w an ATO, skimmer
2 percs, 1 damsel, 1 pistol, 1 peppermint, 1 cleaner shrimp and a variety of snails, scarlet legged hermits, a green crab and probably a few 2-3 inch bristle worms BioCube 29 with about 15g of sw. Sorry about not including that before. That about does it. Thanks for any help you have and will give me. STEVE |
