Eheim 1260 and micro bubbles, help needed.

I started this thread (http://reefcentral.com/forums/forumd...p?s=&forumid=3) because I thought maybe it was my plumbing, but now I do not think so. I have an Eheim 1260 with a few fittings above it (and flexible PVC) to a Wavysea. (still occurs with the skimmer off. Water level 1" above the baffles so there are no waterfalls). No bubbles apparent in sump.

I can almost hear air cavitating in the pump, but I can't seem to get any out by twisting it around in my limited Return space I built for it.

Will this clear? Anyone else have issues like this? Any recommendations?
